1. PAYMENT: Payment is due prior to photography shoot. Ad Vantage Virtual Tours reserves the right to take any tour offline which has not been paid in full within 5 days of tour being published.  PayPal is the preferred payment method; Client may pay via credit card through PayPal without having their own PayPal account.

2.  PROPERTY CONDITION:  Realtor, owner, or on-site representative is responsible for any staging that may be necessary. Property will be photographed 'as-is' upon photographer's arrival or recommended for shoot rescheduling (subject to fee). Photographer will, however, adjust lighting and window treatments to achieve appropriate lighting.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY:  Client may cancel a minimum of 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment by notifying Ad Vantage Virtual Tours with no additional charge. If a) 24 hour notification b) photographer arrives at scheduled appointment but is prevented from completing the job due to Realtor / Representative not being present or c) the property is not ready for the shoot, a cancellation fee of $45 will be charged. While it is not desirable to charge this fee, it is necessary as time slot cannot be given to another client.

4.  INCLEMENT WEATHER:  Should inclement weather prevent a photography shoot, Ad Vantage Virtual Tours will work with Client to reschedule. No cancellation fee will apply.

5.  LIABILITY: Ad Vantage Virtual Tour's liability to Client and any other third party for any damage on account of any error, omission or negligence to a sum not to exceed the payment received by DEALER for the particular service provided giving rise to the claim.
