Question: What do I need to do to prepare for my virtual tour?
Answer: We provide you or your agent with our Tour Prep Checklist. It is a helpful tool to enable you to 'stage' your home so it is 'picture perfect' the day of the shoot. Following the checklist really does make a difference!
Question: How quickly will my tours be online?
Answer: Your tour will typically be available online within 24-48 hours of being photographed. There may be a delay if your tour is shot over a weekend.
Question: Are your tours MLS compliant?
Answer: Yes. We offer multiple viewing formats for each virtual tour. Via email, you will receive both a branded link which is suitable for your website, Realtor.com, etc. as well as an unbranded link suitable for MLS.
Question: How will I get the stills?
Answer: You will receive a link via email to an online file folder for all high resolution pictures and MLS compliant pictures. The link will be valid for a minimum of one month to allow time for you to select/download any pictures desired. For additional convenience, you will receive a zipped file of MLS compliant pictures on Deluxe and Premier packages.
Question: How can I see how many views my tour is getting?
Answer: The new tour hit reporting system also allows us to automatically send out weekly virtual tour reports to any email address! These weekly hit reports show traffic sources, volume and individual scene activity. You can also see your “Hit Stats” 24/7 by clicking on the RTV Logo at the bottom of your virtual tour!
Question: When will my virtual tours expire?
Answer: Your virtual tours will each expire after 2 years. Each virtual tour can be renewed if necessary.
Question: How many scenes can be included in each tour?
Answer: The tour window supports 30 scenes in any combination of full 360, partial 360 or still images. If you have renderings instead of photos, we can add them as well or in addition to actual photos. Please see the Packages section of this website for tour packages and pricing.
Question: Can a tour be updated if the property changes in appearance (e.g. owner redecorates)?
Answer: Yes, you may request an update shoot during the life of the tour. Pricing will be dependent upon the number of updated pictures/spins required.
Question: If I change my company or contact information, do I have to recreate my tours?
Answer: No. If you change your contact information, you simply need to let us know and we will update the changes in your online profile. All of your tours will automatically update and the existing links to the tours will remain the same.
Question: Is there an additional charge for the setup of real estate banners by your logo staff?
Answer: There is no additional charge.
Question: Can I place a floor plan on my tour?
Answer: Yes. You can add a floor plan image a separate feature button below the view screen on the tour window or you can include a floor plan as one of your images within the view screen on the tour window.
Question: Can I place a printable flyer on my tour?
Answer: Yes. If you have your own flyer, you can e-mail it to us and we can attach it to the tour for you or for additional price we will customize one of our templates for you.
Question: How frequently do you run promontions?
Answer: Specials are updated monthly. Current specials can be found on the Packages page of this website. If you are interested in receiving package information via email, you can request to be added to our distribution list. Note: applicable client referral specials are based upon the date the new client purchases first tour.
